I really need a new intro help me! Welcome back to blogmas where I post everyday up on the run up to Christmas. Today's post is an appreciation post abut the amazing people I have met in 2016. Honestly I struggled to make a list because everybody I thought of I actually found in 2015. However, I do have a list so it's all ok. These people have helped me through a lot so it would mean a lot if you could check out their channel/ TV show or blog (if they have one).
Panic! At The Disco
Panic! is a band that I found this year and saw in concert as well. My best friend Cat introduced me to them in around May time. The first song I listened to I actually hated. Then a youtuber I watch recommended one of their newer songs to me and I became obsessed. I then collected all five of their albums and saw them in concert. They definitely inspired me to take music for my GCSE options. I have found lots of new artists through Panic! and they really helped me through a lot of shit this past year. Thank you Brendon!
OMG I don't think I can even begin to explain how much I love Dodie. She is a music youtuber from England. Her channel name is Doddleoddle and she uploads really cool and creative song covers from various different artists. She plays mostly ukulele and piano however she is also quite talented on the guitar. I think I found her because of her "Death of a Batchelor" or "Miss Jackson" cover. I instantly fell in love with her voice and I quickly pressed subscribe. She recently came out with her intertwined ep which I have not yet downloaded.
I actually only discovered Charlotte about a month ago. I found her through Instagram and then I checked out her blog. Her content is always such good quality and her photography is so good. She inspired me to become more active on my blog so that's why I chose to do blogmas. We actually did a collab post a few days ago and I was so happy. We also sent eachother penpal packages. I haven't received mine yet but I hopefully will soon.
Emma is a music Youtuber and Younower. She broadcasts on younow most days and covers requested songs for her audience. I have become a regular viewer of hers and she always acknowledges me in the comment section of her live streams. She helped me when I was lacking confidence with my guitar playing. Thank you Emma.
